All Anne-Marie designs are handcrafted with love in her Home studio in the Kansas City, USA area. Please note that there may be slight variations between each design due to the handmade nature of all of the pieces offered.

Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns due to the personal nature of the accessories, especially earrings and hair accessories, unless there is a defect in the craftsmanship. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, but we are happy to work with you if there are any concerns with your order (additional material and labor fees may apply). Custom design proposal fees are non-refundable.
Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact us with your invoice number within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have authorized the return and received the damaged merchandise, we will issue your choice of either a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is an issue with the workmanship of an item, or if the item has been damaged in transit. In these two cases, a printable, pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to the customer, and a full refund or replacement item will be issued once we have received and inspected the item.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations must be made before the item has been picked up by the delivery service. Order cancelations for special orders, custom and bespoke designs must be made within 48 hours in order to qualify for a full refund.
Abandoned Merchandise: After receiving notice of overdue payment, (three attempts will be made) orders that have an outstanding balance due will be treated as abandoned and will revert to the property of Anne-Marie Designs and a refund of the deposit will not be eligible.
